Hull, rinse and dry strawberries. Cut about 1.5 cm from tip.

Add sugar to cream. Whip till cream is almost stiff. Add vanilla extract and whisk till stiff.
80 g dairy cream, 2 tsp sugar
Pipe cream on strawberry bottoms, about 1cm thick, evenly. Decorate with chocolate rice as eyes. Place tops on bottoms. Pipe small tuft of cream on tops. Chill till ready to serve.
